Hey there! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday break with family and friends. We spent the week at home. I made my first family feast of pork roast, homemade mashed potatoes, roasted carrots, corn on the cob, and my popular "BIG" salad 😉! I was super nervous but everything turned out really well. And, I made my very first pie (Lemon Chess Pie). It didn't turn out quite how I hoped but it was still tart and tasty. I just need a little more practice with making pie crust.
